Comworth Technologies Ltd purchased MEC Distributors Limited on 1st April 2009, and is continuing to sell and support all the former MEC products. Comworth Technologies will continue to provide resellers throughout New Zealand with prompt delivery of quality products and a high level of sales and technical support services.

Comworth Technologies is part of the Comworth Group and is based in Mairangi Bay on Auckland's North Shore.
